CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Omagh, Co Tyrone Temporary
Grafton’s Client a High Street Financial Company based in Omagh are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to cover maternity leave potentially lasting 9-12 months.
As a Customer Service Assistant you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to customer service. You will be based at the front counter of the branch in a Customer facing role.
- Must have a minimum of 6 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above including English and Maths
- Good keyboard skills are essential and you must be able to demonstrate proficiency of MS Office
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role.
- Good telephone manner and a friendly personality.
Hours of work
- Mon-Fri 35 hrs per week
- Excellent rate of pay.
