Customer Service/Office Position

Main Duties
– Dealing with customer orders and queries
– Arranging deliveries with customers and drivers
– Operation of weigh bridge
– Receiving customer payments
– Assisting in other duties as required

Essential Requirements
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Warm and friendly personality with the ability to deal with customers
– Computer literate with a strong understanding of computerised systems
– Have a flexible, can do approach to completing daily tasks
– The ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative

Desirable requirements
– Previous experience working in a similar position
– Previous experience working in any of the following industries, customer service, HR, Health and Safety or Transport management
