North-West News Group is now recruiting for :-

CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
(Temporary, 1 year post with possible extension / permanency, Omagh)

This is a busy and varied role based at our Omagh office in which you will be responsible for managing a multi-site team to cover all aspects of customer services and telesales.  The successful applicant will have a confident, pleasant manner in dealing with the public and the ability to manage a team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.

You will be responsible for maximising telesales revenue opportunities through, for example, classifieds, noticeboards, job postings and features advertising ensuring each team member is contributing to group targets.  In dealing with the public, you will ensure any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Criteria:

  • Proven experience of working to established customer services and telesales standards
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce management reports identifying key figures / trends against group targets
  • Ability to build up effective working relationships with customers and staff
  • Confident in systems with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a form of transport to meet requirements of job in full
