CUSTOMER SERVICES / RECEPTION
(‘Donegal News,’ Permanent, Full Time)

 Based at our Letterkenny office, we are seeking a polite, welcoming individual with previous office / administration / telesales experience to provide an efficient and prompt customer service in person and by phone.  As the first point of public contact for our readers and advertisers you will be a strong communicator with an interest in local media.  This role includes a sales element which will require providing sales support to the Donegal News  team with features, supplements and ad hoc sales projects.

A minimum two years customer service experience in a busy office with previous telesales and / or field sales experience essential along with excellent organisational, customer service  and communication skills.  Must be competent in MS office and social media.  Basic accounts  / cash handling experience desirable.

Flexibility to cover other offices within the Group is required on occasion.  Full, valid drivers licence essential for both posts.
