North – West News Group is a local media Company which publishes eight weekly newspapers and the glossy ‘North-West Brides’ magazine.  Our business is to reach out to audiences and advertisers with quality publications and to continually engage readers with innovative print and digital content.

We are now seeking to recruit for the following post based at our OMAGH office :-

CUSTOMER SERVICES

(Temporary, Part Time, 6 months, 3 days per week – Mon – Wed,  with possible extension)
(Job Ref: CSR 6/1804)

We require a well organised, confident individual for administration / telesales / copy chasing duties and to provide an efficient and prompt customer service in person and by phone.  As the first point of public contact for our advertisers and readers you will be a strong communicator with an interest in providing excellent customer service.

Applicants should have effective administration, organisational and communication skills and strong customer service experience from working in a busy environment.  Previous telesales experience will be considered an advantage.   Must be competent in MS office and social media.  Basic accounts  / cash handling experience desirable.

Flexibility to cover other offices within the Group is required on occasion.  Full, valid driver’s licence therefore essential.
